Garden Frog

Ingredients

• 2oz Honey I'm Home Gin
• 1oz Bianco Vermouth
• 0.25oz Absinthe
• 0.25oz Creme Violette
• Lemon Twist

Method

1. Stir all liquid ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until very cold
2. Single strain into a chilled Nick n' Nora glass
3. Garnish with lemon twist

Garnish
Peel a strip of lemon and cut into a long rectangle. Twist over the drink to release the oils then place it on the rim.

Notes
Spirit forward, reminiscent of a Last Word, but with a more gentle mid-palette from the Bianco Vermouth and no citrus to take away from the sheer strength of this spirit forward, floral, herbal and complex, lingering beauty.
