Bōsōzoku
Yuzu driven, refreshing, aromatic, honeyed citrus with floral lift

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Honey I'm Home Gin
- 0.5oz Choya Yuzu Wine
- 0.5oz Yoshi No Gawa Sake
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 5 Drops Scrappy Black Lemon Bitters
Method
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass
- Garnish with a spritz of sake and a dehydrated lemon wheel
Notes
Spritz the top of the cocktail with sake first, then place the dehydrated lemon on top
