Ingredients
- 1oz Honey I'm Home Gin
- 1oz Limoncello
- 4oz Prosecco
- 1oz Club Soda
- Thyme & Lemon
Method
- Pour gin and Limoncello over ice in a wine glass. Top with around 4oz Prosecco leaving room for 1oz soda to finish
- Garnish with fresh thyme and lemon twist
Garnish
Slap fresh thyme in your hand to release the fragrance, then push it down into the glass, leaving some sticking up above the rim. Express lemon oils from a lemon peel, then place twisted peel on the rim.
Notes
Local herbal botanicals mixed with lemon and Prosecco in an ice filled wine glass with fresh herbs and lemon zest bubbling in the sun in the backyard. Say less.
