Cherry Pit Boss

Ingredients

• 2oz Irish Whiskey
• 1oz Sweet Tease

Method

1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass
2. Stir with ice
3. Strain into Old Fashioned glass over large ice cube
4. Garnish with peeled orange twist

Garnish
Peel a strip of orange peel, trim the edges, then twist above the Cocktail to express orange 
oils onto the surface of the drink

Notes
An easy to replicate version of the classic Godfather Cocktail. Slow sipping and spirit-forward, 
this one is sweet but hearty with some delicate lemony rosehip and hibiscus flower flavours 
up front, with long lasting vanilla and butterscotch notes
