Inside Out Espresso Martini
A nod to both the inside and outside of the coffee cherry

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Flivver Vodka
- 0.5oz Mixbehave Sweet Tease
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup
- 1.5oz Fresh Espresso
- 1 Vial Ms Betters Bitters Foamer (Optional)
- Coffee Beans
Method
- Combine all liquid ingredients into a shaker cup
- If using foamer, dry shake first* then shake with ice
- Double strain into a Coupe glass
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans in a triangle
Notes
Flivver Vodka gives this Espresso Martini variation a rich, creamy foundation. Sweet Tease layers in lighter, tea-forward flavours from cascara (the outer fruit of the coffee cherry).The flavours don’t simply follow the same line, they contrast in a way that adds depth. Sweet Tease brings a nuanced complexity that stands up beautifully to the bold, bitter coffee notes.
