Swampfire
A fruity, smoky highball inspired by the classic Swamp Water cocktail, with Smoke Eater Vodka, lime, and tropical character.

Ingredients
- 2oz Smoke Eater Vodka
- 0.75oz Elixir Des Moines
- 1oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Dehydrated Pineapple
Method
- Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled
- Pour into a Collins glass with the ice
Garnish
Garnish with dehydrated pineapple

A smoky cousin to the classic 1970s Swamp Water cocktail, with bright fruit, lime, and the campfire character of Smoke Eater Vodka.
