A smoky riff on the Paper Plane with Aperol, Amaro Nonino, fresh lemon, and the campfire character of Smoke Eater Vodka.

Ingredients
- 1oz Smoke Eater Vodka
- 1oz Aperol
- 1oz Amaro Nonino
- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled and aerated
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish
Garnish with a lemon twist
