Pink Embers

Ingredients

• 1.5oz Smoke Eater Vodka
  
• 0.75oz Drink Pink Liqueur
• 0.5oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Honey Syrup (1:1 hot water and honey)
  
• Ms. Better's Foamer (or egg white)
  

Method

1. Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker cup (no ice) to activate foamer
2. Add ice to shaker cup and continue shaking
3. Double strain into chilled coupe glass

Garnish
Garnish with bitters or a light smoked salt pinch

Notes
The rosemary from Drink Pink combines very well with the smokiness from the vodka
