Notes
A herbal twist on the classic Gimlet. The original Gimlet was created by British naval officers who mixed Rose’s Lime Cordial with navy-strength gin, served at room temperature. In modern times, the drink has been refined by shaking it over ice with fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Honey I’m Home brings herbal, anise-forward notes to this otherwise lime-driven, citrusy cocktail, giving the classic a beautifully aromatic upgrade.
