Vitanga
An earthy twist on the classic Batanga, combining Drink Pink, tequila, fresh lime, cola, and a savoury salt rim.

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.75oz Drink Pink
- 0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 5oz Cola
- Coarse Salt Rim
Method
- Rim a Collins glass with lime and coarse salt
- Add tequila, Drink Pink, and lime juice, then fill with ice
- Top with cola and stir gently
Garnish
Garnish with a dehydrated beet slice or lime wheel
