Beet Cheeks
Our earthy take on a Naked and Famous

Ingredients
- 1oz Mezcal
- 1oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1oz Mixbehave Drink Pink
- 1oz Lime Juice
- 5-8 Drops Grapefruit Bitters
- Rosemary Sprig
Method
- Combine all liquid ingredients into a shaker cup
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into Coupe glass
- Garnish with sprig of burnt rosemary
Garnish
Burn the tip of a rosemary sprig, then either rest it on the rim of the glass or clip it to the side with a small bar clothespin. The gentle smoke adds aroma and a dramatic finishing touch.
Notes
An earthier take on the complex, flavour-packed Naked & Famous. Drink Pink brings a grounded, herbal depth that pairs beautifully with mezcal and Yellow Chartreuse. The recipe is easy to remember - equal parts of all four ingredients, plus a dash of bitters and a simple garnish.
