Palm of Violets

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Flivver Vodka
- 1oz Creme Violette
- 0.25oz Peach Schnapps
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Orange Twist
Method
- Add all liquid ingredients to shaker cup and shake with ice
- Double strain into a Martini glass
- Garnish with an orange twist
Garnish
Peel a strip of orange peel and cut into a long rectangular shape, then twist over the cocktail and rest it on the rim of the glass.
Notes
This one comes out tasting like the classic British ‘Parma Violets’ candy. The cocktail has a chalky characteristic like the sweets themselves as well as flavours of orange, violet and peach to make this one feel like a throwback to a simpler time.
