Purple Crush

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Creme Violette
  • 0.5oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5oz Honey Syrup (mix 1 part honey 1 part boiling water)
  • Soda Water 

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice
  2. Add all ingredients, finishing with the soda water 
  3. Gently stir 
  4. Garnish with a coin of fresh or dehydrated lemon

Notes
Floral, refreshing, and very crushable
