Ingredients

  • 0.75oz Creme Violette
  • 0.75oz Empress 1908 Gin
  • 0.75oz Campari
  • 0.75 Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange Twist

Method

  1. Stir all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
  2. Strain over a large ice cube in a Rocks glass
  3. Garnish with orange twist

Garnish
Peel a strip of orange peel and cut into a long rectangular shape, then twist over the cocktail and rest it on the rim of the glass.

Notes
A light, floral version of the classic Negroni. Equal parts for simplicity and balance. Spirit forward yet approachable.
