Ingredients
- 1.5oz Averna Amaro
- 1oz Sweet Tease
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5oz Agave Syrup (1:1 Agave & Hot Water)
- Fresh Mint & Dehydrated Pineapple Slice
Method
- Shake all liquid ingredients with ice
- Single strain over fresh ice or pebble ice in a Highball / Collins glass
- Garnish with mint & dehydrated pineapple
Garnish
Slap a sprig of fresh mint to release the aroma and oils and push the stem into the drink with the leaves on show like a bouquet. Add a sustainable straw and lay a piece of dehydrated pineapple on top.
Notes
Super refreshing Cobbler with interesting bittersweet Amaro beneath a layer of Sweet Tease and pineapple. Some citrus coming through from the acidic lemon juice. Light and airy and lower ABV for those looking for a less strong drink or those going the distance.
