Ingredients
- 1oz Honey I’m Home Gin
- 1oz Dry Vermouth [Ampersand Dry Vermouth or Noilly Prat Extra Dry]
- 1oz White Bitter [Victoria Distillers Bitter Bianca or Luxardo Bitter Bianco]
- 2 Dashes Scrappy’s Celery Bitters
Method
- Stir all ingredients over ice
- Strain into a chilled Nick n’ Nora Glass
- Express lemon oils over the rim, then twist the lemon peel and
balance on the rim
Notes
A herbal and delicate, almost savoury Negroni variation with a gentle, crisp
bitterness. A clear, spirit-forward cocktail with a soft green hue.
