Wuher
A bold, herbaceous highball with Honey I’m Home Gin, Fernet-Branca, fresh lime, ginger beer, and cucumber.

Ingredients
- 1oz Honey I’m Home Gin
- 1oz Fernet-Branca
- 1oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75oz Simple Syrup
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Cucumber Slices
Method
- Add gin, Fernet-Branca, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled and aerated
- Strain into a chilled highball glass with ice
- Top with ginger beer
Garnish
Garnish with cucumber ribbons or slices

A herbaceous reimagining of the Cantina Band cocktail, with Honey I’m Home Gin, Fernet-Branca, lime, and ginger beer. Named after Wuher, the bartender from Star Wars: A New Hope.
