Flivver Martini

Ingredients

• 1.5oz Flivver Vodka
• 1.5oz Esquimalt Dry Vermouth
• Olives
• Lemon Peel

Method

1. Combine all liquid ingredients into a mixing glass
2. Stir with ice
3. Strain into a chilled Martini glass
4. Garnish with olives on a pick. Express lemon oils over the top of the cocktail

Notes
This 50/50 Martini, equal parts vodka and vermouth, is a perfect starting point for home cocktail makers. If you prefer a firmer vodka backbone, simply dial back the vermouth until it hits your ideal balance. Want it dirtier? Add a splash of olive brine. And if you can find them, blue cheese-stuffed olives take this drink to another level.
