Cobble Hill Cure

Ingredients

• 1oz Honey I'm Home Gin
• 1oz Mixbehave Fireside Fig 
• 1oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Ginger Honey Syrup [1:1 Hot Ginger Tea and Honey]
• Spray / Rinse Peated Whisky

Method

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Double strain into Rocks glass over large ice cube 
3. Spray with peated whisky
4. Garnish with dry lemon wheel

Based on a Penicillin, this herbal, smoky cocktail brings honeyed, earthy depth. Complex, punchy, and surely the cure for something.
