A classic cocktail made with our honey nettle gin, the Aviation is boosted to a new level with our complex floral Crème Violette

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Honey I'm Home Gin
- 1oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 0.75oz Creme Violette
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Barspoon Absinthe (optional)
Method
- Shake all ingredients, except absinthe, with ice
- Rinse chilled Coupe glass with absinthe
- Double strain shaker into Coupe glass
- Garnish with maraschino cherry
- Enjoy!
