Finoletta

Ingredients

• 2oz Mixbehave Creme Violette
• 1oz Fino Sherry
• Tonic Water
• Sliced Grapefruit
  

Method

1. Build cocktail on ice in a Tall / Collins glass.
2. Gently stir to mix, trying not to make the Tonic go flat
3. Garnish with a large slice of grapefruit.
   

Notes
Complex and effervescent with a dry finish. Easy to make and great to
impress guests.
