Cobble Hill 9 Mill

Ingredients

• 1oz Mixbehave Creme Violette
• 0.75oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Simple Syrup
• Prosecco

Method

1. Shake the non-Prosecco ingredients with ice and strain into a Flute
2. Layer Prosecco on top
3. Garnish with an edible flower

Notes
The name comes from the French 75, which is named after a 75mm French
artillery shell. This cocktail is a much lower ABV, so it would be closer to a 9mm
round. 9 mil rhymes with Cobble Hill. It’s a light, floral, decadent, effervescent cocktail straight out of the roaring twenties.
