Wasabi Pear Martini

Ingredients

• 2oz Flivver Vodka
• 0.5oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Pear Syrup (we recommend Giffards)
• pea-sized dollop Wasabi Paste

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice
2. Shake well
3. Double strain into Coupe
4. Garnish with pear slice
