Ingredients
1oz Cocktail Gin
1oz Crème Violette Liqueur
0.5oz Lemon Juice
3-4oz Champagne or Prosecco (we recommend Unsworth's Charme De L'Isle)

Method
- Combine gin, Creme Violette, and lemon juice in shaker
- Shake with ice and pour into champagne glass
- Top with bubbles
- Garnish with lavender sprig or lemon twist
- Enjoy!
