Ingredients

• 1oz Cocktail Gin [Ampersand]
• 1oz Mixbehave Crème Violette
• 0.5oz Lemon Juice
• 3-4oz Champagne or Prosecco [Unsworth's Charme De L'Isle]
  

Method

1. Combine gin, Creme Violette, and lemon juice in shaker 
2. Shake with ice and pour into champagne glass
3. Top with bubbles
4. Garnish with lavender sprig or lemon twist
5. Enjoy!
