Earl Grey Whisky Sour Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1oz Lady Grey Liqueur
• 1oz Whisky
• 1 Egg White
• 0.5oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Simple Syrup

Method

1. Shake all ingredients without ice
2. Add ice and shake again
3. Strain into Coupe or Old Fashion glass
4. Garnish with lemon twist or aromatic bitters
5. Enjoy!
