Cold Spell

Ingredients

• 1.5oz Honey I’m Home
• 0.5 oz Blue Curacao
• 0.5oz White Bitter [Victoria Distillers Bitter Bianca or Luxardo Bitter Bianco]
• 1oz Lemon Juice
• 0.25oz Simple Syrup
• Mint
• Absinthe Rinse

Method

1. Add a splash of absinthe to a chilled Coupe glass
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Slap the mint in your hands before adding it to the shaker to release the oils, then shake
3. Double strain into your absinthe-rinsed Coupe
4. Garnish with a mint leaf

Notes
Fresh and citrus-forward with a cool icy mouth feel. Brilliant blue in colour.
